RankArena collects waitlist email and consent data, account access data, public username, date of birth, state, Beta Terms acceptance, Privacy Policy acceptance, contest entries, board saves, final results activity, and basic device, log, and usage data.

RankArena does not collect payment card data, bank data, withdrawal data, tax documents, government ID, or KYC documents during Early Access Beta.

RankArena uses beta data for account access, beta contest operation, support, security, analytics, legal or compliance review, email updates when users consent, and product improvement.

RankArena does not use advertising or behavioral targeting cookies during Early Access Beta.

RankArena Early Access Beta is for users who are at least 18 years old. RankArena uses date of birth to confirm beta age eligibility.

If RankArena learns that an under-18 user submitted account information, RankArena may restrict the account and delete or de-identify account data when appropriate. Age-related privacy questions can be sent to playgroundsportsllc@gmail.com.

Optional PostHog analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures signup, successful board submissions, and weekly visits using a pseudonymous identifier. We do not send your email, username, date of birth, state, account ID, or board picks as analytics properties.

Optional session replay is limited to the landing page and How It Works. Text and element attributes are masked. Forms, authentication, Profile, boards, results, wallet, and admin pages are excluded. Console logs and network request contents are not recorded.

Declining analytics does not affect play. You can optionally allow analytics during Profile setup. Use Privacy & analytics in Profile or Privacy settings in the site footer to change your choice. Your choice and analytics identifiers are stored in this browser. Declining stops future optional capture in this browser; it does not erase records already collected.

After a contest is finalized, signed-in contestants with completed, active accounts can view contestants’ display names, finalized boards and scoring breakdowns through Results. Current group members can also view finalized boards through Groups. Drafts and active picks remain private.

RankArena may share information with service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, analytics, email, support, security, and contest data workflows.

RankArena may disclose information if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, enforcement, or compliance reasons.

Users can request account deletion by contacting playgroundsportsllc@gmail.com. RankArena aims to delete or de-identify account data within 30 days, unless it must keep limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Waitlist users can unsubscribe from launch emails using the unsubscribe option in marketing emails once broader campaign emails begin.

RankArena uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for beta data. No system is perfectly secure, and users should protect their own account access.
